DO NOT buy a product from Sharper Image. I sent an Ionic Breeze back for repair in January 2009 and it was returned to me today May 11, 2009! Their repair section refused the package multiple times and since the postal service eventually returned it to me I can't even file a claim for the now completely destroyed item. I am so angry because the phone numbers listed on the website are "no longer in service" and I can't reach anyone to shout at other than the poor souls who chose to read this. I will never purchase another item that has anything to do with this company. By the way, the address I used to send the item to was on the back of my warranty card. What a joke!!!
